Our Curriculum:
Because preschool, for many children, is their first experience in a structured environment, Little Leaders provides an opportunity for children to share, follow instructions, and build a foundation for learning.
Each day, we will engage in activities that will focus on current events and children’s interest. Our curriculum will allow for daily experiences in movement, arts & crafts, language, music, fine motor skills, gross motor skills and dramatic play. There will be opportunities for children to work in groups and independently.
Parent Engagement
Communication is key in every relationship, this is why it is important that I have open communication with all parents. Parents are able to keep up with their child's daily schedule and happenings through the DAILY CONNECT app. Parents will receive pictures of their child engaging in various activities throughout the week. Each month parents receive our Monthly Newsletter which includes our monthly theme, message to parents, reminders, updates, information about what we did the previous month as well as pictures of our "little leaders".
Every Sunday, the Menu for the week is sent to parents so they have the opportunity to see what their child will be eating for breakfast, lunch, and snack. Little Leaders is a NUT FREE Home.

Daily Schedule
Ages 2-5:
7:30-8:45..........Drop Off/Bathroom/Free Play until all children have arrived
8:15 -9:00.........Breakfast
9:00-9:15..........Clean Up/Transition
9:15-10:15.........Pre-School Morning Activities
10:30-11:00.......Free Play: Indoors/Outdoors (weather permitting)
11:15-11:45........Clean Up/Wash Up- Bathroom Time
12:00-12:30......Lunch Time
12:30-12:45.......Set up for Nap Time, Bathroom, Story
12:45-3:00.........Nap/Rest Time
3:00- 3:30.........Wake Up, Bathroom Time, Cots away
3:30-4:30..........Snack Time, Music & Movement/ Finish Morning Activities, Free Play: Indoors/ Outdoors
